So, we created our 5 day technology upgrade program! If, within 10 days of receipt of your projector, you decide the product does not meet your needs, we will apply 100% of the purchase price towards the purchase of any other projector at the advertised price on our website that we carry that is of equal or greater value. The product must be returned in it's original container with all of the original manuals and accessories. (Additional charges may occur for missing boxes and parts.)
3. Within 30 days of your projector purchase, we will accept returns minus a 20% restocking fee as long as it is returned in it's original box with all of the original manuals and accessories. (Additional charges may occur for missing boxes and parts.)
4. If, within the first 30 days of purchase, your projector requires warranty repair (excluding lamps) - or in the unlikely event you receive a DOA (dead on arrival) projector, ProjectorSavings will arrange to have a new replacement projector sent directly to you from the manufactuer, upon receipt of your returned product.
